How to make the homemade oat bread
Place 100g of oat in a blender, blend until smooth.
You can use 200g or less than a hundred grams, depending on the size of bread you intend banking.
Whisk 2-4 large/medium eggs ( you may choose to extract the egg yolk)
Add 1/4 cup of olive oil to the whisked eggs
Depending on your preference, you may choose to include honey to the mix, as a sweetener.
Add a tiny amount of already proved yeast to the mixture.
If honey has been added, you may choose to skip this step for a sprinkle of baking powder.
Knead your dough until the desired consistency is achieved. Allow to seat for a few minutes , transfer to the oven and allow to bake as you would your regular bread.
The oat bread is healthy, has a high fiber content, and suitable for people on a weight loss journey.
