With all of the uncertainties surrounding our daily lives, it is not uncommon to feel anxious about what we are experiencing or expecting.

Anxiety if left unchecked can lead to depression and several mental health challenges.

It is therefore important that we take action in order to prevent stress and anxiety degenerating into other complications.

There are many ways to prevent, reduce/control our level of anxiety. One very functional therapeutic approach is to stick the index finger into the ears.

In doing this, pressure is applied in the connector nerves from the ear to the brain, similar to ear seedling but noninvasive.

While there is limited research about this anxiety reduction technique and its possible health benefits, experts have suggested it helps in reducing pain symptoms and abdominal discomfort.
